Edit menu: remove attributes.
Now, depending, there may be: Basic Motion (scaling), Distort, and possibly a filter (shift fields).
One or all of those three should fix this.Best,

They’re two filters meant to ‘assist’ the chroma keyer in FCP by smoothing the chroma channels.
One is for 4:2:2 video.
The other is for 4:1:1 video (mostly DV)Best,

What you’re encountering is called a ‘protected area’. when you have tons of video/audio tracks, it allows you to protect tracks (starting with V1 or/and a1) to keep them visible while working on, say, v20.
Grab the ‘thumb’ and pull it upward to remove.

40 minutes is a long comp. You could use the output dimensions – since AE is correctly interpreting your footage, it should be fine on in a 720 comp.
H.264 is great for the web – although this file will be huge (40 min of it). Probably a data rate of at least 4000kb/s – output uncompressed (or animation) and let Adobe Media Encoder do the dirty work. It’s got great presets.

It sounds like you’re using a PC – and you may not have the latest version of flash, which plays mp4s.
My easiest suggestion is to download Chrome from google, as it has it’s own flash plugin and should work fine.

Dicey – but worth a try. If it’s the same exact length and same exact sync point, you could rename the new QuickTime to match the old.
Then just relink to the new QuickTime.[Stan Pietrusik] “if not, then am I able to take my existing multiclip that is in the sequence and go into it and adjust one of the 4 video clips forward about a second as it has come out of synch with the main audio track?”
Yes, but I think you need to adjust this before the cuts, not after. No idea what will happen.
Hold down Control and shift and you can drag left/right and offset your mis-sync’d angle.
If the angle is drifting out of sync over time, this will not fix it.Best,
