Nope…not these XML’s. No mention of ISO or other data?? We’re seeing references to ‘time-code’, ‘Logging’ ‘Reel Numbers’ etc. only

    Thanks guys.
Yes we are trying to organize footage based on LOG-C / Rec 709 however in such away that it does not require actual loading and viewing in Resolve to determine. Kind of blown away that this kind of critical information does not appear in file headings, meta data etc??

    cheers

Great…….thank you. Particularly like the ‘still’ work flow. Very clever.
Resolve is creating via this work flow TWO luts.

    .cube

    and

    .cube_3dlut

    Is this a 2D and 3D version?

Also Sascha what are you referring to at a “64k Cube as a starting point”?

    cheers,

Import the 5D footage into Final Cut via Log and Transfer with the Canon plug-in. It will add time code and convert to ProRes. 5DtoRGB also does this.

January 27, 2011 at 6:39 pm in reply to: importing LUTS

    Lut file path as follows:

sytem HD – library – applications support – blackmagic design – davinci resolve – LUT

Don’t add, delete or re-arrange LUT folders. Resolve can only read LUT’s placed in existing folders.

    cheers,
