This might sound pretty fresh but how do I put things into the content browser? On top of that the copy of Oban I have I cant get to do or generate anything…just trying to figure out what I’m doing wrong. I’m using Studio R12, you don’t think that would be a problem do you?

So have you ever used Oban? I cant figure out where to extract the file. The pdf says drop it in the main directory – library – object folder. But there is no object folder in “library”. Any ideas?

How can I do that exactly? is that through the structure menu if so I don’t know exactly how to move the axis. I understand what you are saying just don’t know the drill. Thanks for your help by the way! Any information is greatly appreciated.

I have never posted a scene before…how would I make that available to you through the forum?

How about using two separate renders. One with smoke as you want it, and another using an alpha with whatever smoke material you are using projected onto a spine (creating the shape you choose). You could then composite the two in Photoshop.

well I could post but I figured out the problem. WOW! Talk about a brain fart, in order to set up for uv-map I duplicated a hypernurbs and forgot to turn rendering off for my back-up…dang.

Thanks for your help at any rate!

I did…are you not seeing it? Perhaps I should post in another format? I think it’s a jpeg.
