October 12, 2007 at 9:18 pm in reply to: The Age Old Question- Episode, Sorensen, or Cleaner?Ok guys,
I think I’m going to go with Episode. It’s more expensive than the other options, but then again, this is my product and it needs to look great. Not to mention I will be compressing hundreds of 10-15 minute clips. I need the speed.

Oh, is was Safari 3’s beta bundled into the 10.4.10 bundle update? Seems a bit strange for apple to bundle a beta with an update.

Well the wiggle and the posterize time have me in the ball park. However, I don’t seem to know how they got it to blur when ever the text moves. Any ideas????

Can you copy the mask to a pre-comp of the layer and scale the source of the pre-comp?

When you say a different part of the capture. Are we talking minutes/seconds. Or are we talking frames? Possibly footage interpretation?
Your capturing green screen using mini-dv and capturing in movie maker?
Your already starting with limitations. Try to eliminate movie maker out of the equation. Keying green screen with Mini-DV is a challenge in it self.Possibly corrupt capture? What does your footage look like when it’s previewed in another app? Maybe recapture using a different program? Window’s Movie maker isn’t necessarily the best option.

Sorry for the confusion. I meant to just re-install the plug-in itself. It’s a seperate install usually on the the install disk.

April 13, 2007 at 1:24 pm in reply to: After Effects Crashing at Render or RAM preview either.Sorry, I just re-read your post and realized your running the new intel Mac. Your CC Toner Plug is a CycorFX plug. They have posted that they are finding problems with their older plugs when being run under Rosetta. You can find it at the bottom of this page. https://www.cycorefx.com/index.php They posted a universal update for their HD set which is a paid upgrade. You might want to contact their tech support to see if they have a universal update for the regular plugs.

April 12, 2007 at 6:26 pm in reply to: After Effects Crashing at Render or RAM preview either. Are you able to render with out the CCtoner plug. I’ve had problems with the cc plugs in the past. It’s usually been an install issue for me. If you can render with out the plug, I’d try re-installing it.

Browse your presets in Bridge. I think you can get there in the Animation or Effect menu. I think there is a preset for it already.
