never mind, i solved it with Fix Texture set to Straight in the object tag of the cloner object 😉

thanks for your reply, so i assume, PNG will load faster then AI, but loss on quality.
basically the idea is moving through the forest,
because my machine is preview rendering it extremely slow,
that’s why the question whether PNG will load faster than AI in preview.

yes, i’ve tried this already, it’s the same.
i have found if i sliced the AI file(which is the road) into 3 by 3,
and import them into AE stage separately, the graphics now looks better, not so blurry anymore. why? I really don’t know why…

i think it has to do with the camera settings,
but can’t find the right settings,
these are the settings what i have now for the camera:

Zoom: 1000
Film Size: 102.05
Angle of View: 131
Focal Length: 23.26
Units: pixels
Measure Film Size: Horizontally

the rest i leave them unchecked

(only with Zoom set to 1000, i can see the road correctly, but blurry, outfocused?)

i tried to manipulate them manually too… but all the same..
isn’t there a way just to render vector fine graphics?

i’ve found out that, if i use camera 200mm preset,
the road is much clearer, but the focus is off the road..
but if i e.g. use 35mm preset, the camera focus is on the road but blurry..

what can i do to have nice crisp visuals, and the camera focus on the road?

eventhough i changed any of these settings,
the road is still blurry… even from the top view..
