    Thanks,

Downloading the update now… will this make the file smaller straight away?

There is quite a lot of warp stabiliser actually, is this what has made the project so big? If so then whats the best settings to export the stabilised shots at full res and put them back into Premiere?

    Thanks.

Thanks guys, I changed my project settings to 32 Bit and it worked brilliantly.

How do/ should I set my default project settings to 32 Bit and what actually is the difference?

Thanks so much for the help.

    Thanks for the replies guys,

I think that the codecs haven’t been installed properly. As this is just a one off working with the EX3 I think I’ll just injest with FCP and import it into PP.

    Hey,

Not sure what proxy editing is – or the RAID. I looked it up – seems pretty complex!

I tried the custom sequence but it still comes up with a red render bar for every export I try in MPEG Streamclip.

If ProRes is FCP’s preferred setting, what is Premieres?

    Thanks!

    Thanks guys,

My mac is 32 bit so I’ve downloaded the trial of CS3 to have a go first.

CS5 will have to wait for a new mac.

No I worked it out, the naming of the clips put them in the wrong order. But if you view it by date then it works okay.

Hah thats the first time I’ve done a duplicate post! Very observent,

Did you see the reply, if there was a way to add all the clips together in MPEG Streamclip then that would be great!

As it stands, iMovie is a better option for me.
