Eric, you probably know your hourly worth better than any of us. Whatever was discussed and then done is what is owed to you. You will not have luck making up a number if this was not done before hand.

you can mention (but not slander) stage names with no release or permission. You cannot use copyrighted phrases or registered names without written use. You can look these up online though. I know the “lets get ready to ruble” dude likes to surf for people who steal his quote and sues em.

I understand but your fcp system will capture it without a dub, offer more capabilities within the application, and offer much better image quality. If learning a new app is worth sacrificing some quality, dub it and break in the MC. If you need to crank out a product, there is no need to step down.

A dub would get ya goin’ but it sounds like you may already be able to take off. -
