As Richard says you need to create the text with the Text Tool, then create the box shape underneath it. There are lots of ways of doing the transitions like: Precompose both layers. Duplicate the precomposition IN THE PROJECT PANEL, then open the second precomposition and change the colours (if this changes the colours of the original you have not duplicated it in the project panel). In your main Composition add the second precomp under the first. Add the Transition/Linear Wipe effect to the top layer and keyframe it (you can also add it to the lower layer to wipe this layer off). You can also use masks to wipe things on or off. I would suggest that you look at these tutorials to learn the basics of After Effects:

Hi Baard. I presume that you have them ending at the same point in time? As far as I know you will have to move the final keyframes so that the ending is staggered. Speed = Distance.

Is it possible to put two of the numbers side by side ie. 192.52, then a full stop and then add another iteration on the same line? -
To be clear: mask out the girl and section of the seat she is on, along with the shadows.

Hi, don’t know of any plugin that would do that. I suspect you need a clean plate without anyone on the seat, then (on location) greenscreen the actors with the seat. Mask out the girl on a separate layer, go into Photoshop and make the long version of the seat and shadow. In your main comp set up perspective guidelines along the seat, animate the girl section (in 3D?) to match the perspective guidelines while revealing the Photoshoped image. Well that would be a starting point.

Hi. Try Layer/Layer Styles/Outer Glow. Set the Range lower and the Size larger (and the Spread can be played with as well).

Hi Andrew, it’s very hard to visualize exactly what you/they mean. Are they two spheres (think using CC Sphere) or are they extruded? Do they spin around each other in a synchronized circular motion, or in opposite directions? I find it difficult to get my head around exactly what you see happening.

Hi. Use CC Particle world and set the Particle/Particle Type to one of the 3 bottom ones with the word “Textured” in their title. You then choose Texture/Texture Layer to select the texture.
