Hi Lars, select the composition in the Project Panel (usually in the upper left corner of your screen) and duplicate it – CTRL+D. You can then open the duplicate and change things in it without the original composition being affected.

Hi Timi. I presume you have repositioned the pom precomps layers by moving them to the left in your main composition? Centre them again then go into the precomps and:
Add a Null
Pickwhip the pom layers to the null (making them children of the Null)
Open the Null’s position parameters and change the X position which will drag the pom layers to the correct spot – make a note of what the Null’s new X position is.
Do this for the other pom composition making sure they are at the same X position.
Does this make sense?

Or you might try doing what I did to create it:

New Comp
Add solid, scale it down and drag/position it to the centre left – make 3D
Add Null – make 3D
Pickwhip Solid to Null (parenting it)
Keyframe Null’s Y rotation
Add Camera
Solid = Layer/Transform/Auto Orient/Orient towards camera.

I imagine this is what you have done in your real comp, but perhaps doing this simple version might show what is or is not happening?
