It was bad, I couldn’t even drag the handles on the text to enlarge it.
When I clicked Effects it would just lock up.
Now everything works as normal.

I compare video noise and BD to photography. Photography noise may look bad on the computer at high ISO but when printed it looks much better.

You have to Load them. In the Actions palette hit the small fly out arrow in the upper right of the palette. Select Load Actions and select them.

I wish I knew about Media 100 but I don’t. You’re right a new Mac Pro is very expensive. Maybe others here can help.

I own a Mac Pro dual quad core. I run Vegas on it using Boot Camp with Win7 Pro 64 bit. This is not a slight against Windows users but why would a Mac user want to return to Windows?

I just bought my wife a Toshiba All-in-One Windows computer. It’s excellent and state of the art but networking and other aspects of the OS drive me a bit crazy compared to a Mac.

I’m using a Mac Pro, eight core. I have an internal 2TB Western Digital Black Caviar HDD dedicated to Win7 Pro 64 bit and Vegas 10d. Windows is installed using Boot Camp. I’m happy with it. Parralels runs both operating systems at the same time so it’s not going to be as fast.
