Hi all I am relocating from South Afirca to the UK and realise that if i am going to get any editing position i need to know FCP. I absolutely belive in vegas and will never drop it as i use this for my production company in SA.

I am considering selling my windows laptop and desktop and purchasing a macbook pro.

i want to know if i can run and load vegas pro 10 on the mac using the parellel software.

Anyone have some suggestions for me i really appreciate it.

Well I went to into a istore today and they said that boot camp would be better than parellel as it would be better to have more processing power with only one operating system on at a time.

I just need to check how vegas acts on mac on windows 7

Several users on this and other Vegas forums are running Vegas on a Mac with Parallels and having no problems whatsoever.

I run Vegas on a Mac Pro using Boot Camp. I have a 2TB HDD dedicated to Windows7 Pro 64 bit and Vegas 10. It works very well.

What is your graphic card, please?
I heard on creative cows that the best is a NDVIA card for running vegas in Mac.
