NewBlue Titler Pro – Wacom Tablet driver
I installed Vegas 11 and Titler Pro. Titler Pro would not work and then would lock up.
After updating everything I could think of, I finally updated the Wacom Intuos3 Tablet driver.
Everything works now. Just thought I’d post incase anyone else has this problem.
Win7 64 bit Pro. -

Thank you for this report. It’s amazing how two totally unrelated tools can sometimes cause issues.

It was bad, I couldn’t even drag the handles on the text to enlarge it.
When I clicked Effects it would just lock up.
Now everything works as normal.
