Sounds like you’ve got the FX Bypass engaged.

[Raj Verma] “How would I go about uploading a frame?”

    1) Prepare The Still from the Vegas Timeline and save as either a PNG or JPG to your PC Desktop.

    2) Create a Reply here.

    3) Click on the Upload Graphic Icon on the Bar above the Reply Window and navigate to that Graphic and Select it for upload and UPLOAD.

    4) Copy the code and paste it into your Reply.

    Done!

[Raj Verma] “Is there any tip you can give me to resolve the situation?”

You could upload that frame and see if I can repro your issue. I’m understanding you just wish to change the colour of the Hair and nothing else? Correct? However when you ANYTHING the whole Event is affected? Correct?

[Raj Verma] “Sorry kinda new to editing.”

    Understood.

[Raj Verma] “What did you mean by Second CC?”

Apologies, my shorthand for Color Corrector (Secondary).

[Tyson Onaga] “Is this a bug — is there a work-around?”

Sorry Tyson – I can’t replicate. Working as I would expect without the anomaly you’re getting – sorry. ????

My guess is that you MAY have an unfortunate, rogue KeyFrame introduced somewhere on the T&T Timeline Curves? Have you extended the Event length at some point in your editing? You could’ve gotten into a situ with an additional KF. I’ve done this in the past, it’s a real PITA. But, without us scrutinizing your Event and the T&T Timeline Curves it is going to be unrewarding guesswork.

[Luna Mathers] “Does anyone know ….. video with motion blur or some sort of trailing effect?”

Great sampler. Now, there are a Billion effects there. Luna, please give an exact region you have identified you are wishing/wanting to replicate.

[Raj Verma] “Rotated hue, nothing happens:”

Hmm… I’ve just checked with mine and there isn’t an issue. Are you absolutely sure/certain you are dealing with the same Event and it’s Second CC? Meaning are you looking elsewhere? I can’t determine your cursor is over the same Event. Just check please? Also. do try clicking the MASK option to verify you’re getting the correct areas for changing.

In any event, it’s working here. What VP14 Build have got installed?

[Bob Mark] “It’s just reverb from a room, not echo.”

Well, that could be promising, but no promises from me ????. I’m interested.

August 12, 2018 at 4:20 pm in reply to: Reverb removal plug-in??

[Bob Mark] “Do you know of a reverb removal plugin for Vegas Pro?”

I’ve been using iZotope RX for my Audio remedial work. And even so, it really depends on how reverby (?) it is. If the reverb is closer to an Echo then that’s really difficult if not impossible. If you can upload a short, maybe 5 seconds, I’d have a go in iZotope.

But again, dereverb depends on just how deep and close the reverb images are.

  • [Michael Pogacsas] “I thought I described my situation pretty clearly,”

Maybe you did, but I wanted to make sure. Use the Mask Function in Pan/Crop and Track the Mask.
