Hi Artur,

I can’t answer to you but i have a question about Vegas and HDV preview on an external LCD monitor.
Actually, I use Vegas with DV footage and can preview video at full DV quality (25fps with no FX).
Can I expect to preview HDV at full quality just like DV ?
Which graphic card I need for this ?

Check in your project properties > Deinterlace Method > Blend Fields.

Also, you can replace a Transition by a Cut by pressing ‘CTRL + /’.

Have you enabled “Show Unquantized Event Start & End” in internal preference ?

The red marks indicate that the clip is unquantized.
If i zoom in the TL, the end of the clip does not correspond with a project frame.
This happen only with clip edit & TL scroll.
Not very annoying, but good to know.
