If you scale your object proportionally (equal scale on all axis), then your UW will remain the same. On the other hand, if you want to scale it unproportionally, you will have to fix your UW.

I would suggest you to do this. Create a new project and copy everything from the tongue scene inside the new project. You will only have to redo the project and render settings.

There are many ways to make this happen
For example
If you have enabled the “Autokeying” and you do:
1) Go to frame 10
2) Set position to 20 on y
3) Change position to 80 on y
5) Go to frame 50
Then you obviously have changed your frame 10.

I didn’t understand your question correctly.
For example, in the pyro emitter tag you can use the enable/disable toggle.
You can keyframe it disabled till 139 frame and enable it on the 140.

there is “Start emission” option on the emiter. Set that to 140 and the emiter will start on the 140 frame. Make sure to set the “Stop emission” option on the emiter a bigger value.

If you want to only change the material applied to your model, you can convert its colors to a cartoonish style. There are many online sites, which can do that.
On the other hand If you want a proper cartoon head, there is no easy way to do that (unless there is a plugin that I am not aware of). You will need to reconstruct your also your head model to a cartoonish one.
This might be helpfull but its for blender.
