it works with tiger.
i use blackmagic pal.
when i use blackmagic dv – everything works. when i swith video output in dv setup to blackmagic – 8 or 10 – hangs on play.Blackmagic Deck Control application – i will try.

i got the same problem. composite and component digitize is working, but sdi shows picture only at rewind.

can you test with Blackmagic’s Speed Test?
how many cache memory there is in raid controler?

beaware that new WD is incopartible with Macs because they use SSC technology. New seagate drives got it too, but there is utility for DOS that turns this feature off. WD have no options to turn off Spread Spectrum.
