Thanks Edward. When you say you usually leave the Master mixer alone. Where is it set on and how do you know if your spiking? You mentioned you use the compressor to prevent spiking. How do i find that to set? Thanks again

I have two vx2100’s with beachtexs for two mics. I always have trouble getting enough volume in my shot gun mic because my wireless is so loud and powerful even though i have it turned way down and shot gun full blast. So when i go to edit i only have one speaker/channel to work with . So i end up panning the volume all the way to one side.
I thought maybe i could take the one mic sound and use it for both right and left channels to make stereo? I’m thinking about using two wireless mics on one camera. I need more audio training……thanks for the help………..Gary
