and how you send the dvd player (hardware) to the sdi of the ultrascope ?

I am trying to to do it since months with no success (to be able to see movies on my calibrated SDI ref monitor …but i can’t find the way to do it because of the HDCP , and any HDMI to SDI converter won’t work…

please let me know that you know how to do it! (i am interested on an HD signal)

its’s a final cut issue , not davinci

try t re-export the edl ,sometimes happen

i will never stop saying that davinci without the davinci control surface “””””is not Davinci”””””

i am not sayingn that without 30K investment you cannot be a colorist in Davinci , but i am saying that without having that you cannot “””live””” the real davinci experience (plus quite a bit of speed advantage , few extra features /keys combinations / and a desk that looks really pro the client )

well ,
but that .icc calibration would not be REC709 gamut compatible …i guess that set just white point and gamma …not really precise (you need cinespace or Lightspace for that (or use the proprietary calibration utility that came with PRO broadcast monitors

pS:the dreamcolor can be calibrated for Rec 709 using the dreamcolor utility

i am wondering …what is the criteria of having this cards flashed for mac ?
i mean all of them can be flashed and used (like is happening for the 470/480?)

i am asking because the new GTX590 have 1024 cuda cores !!!! and cost 750usd … (basically 4 times the power of the quadro 4000 for the same price ….
