How about precomping the text and cameralayers, 2d-tracking the wing in the original comp, and linking the precomp to the track?

When looking at the downscaled footage, is your viewer at 100% or more?
Furthermore: what bitrate did you choose for the conversion?

Have you upgraded to the lastest cc2015’s?
Then that’s the culprit.
As far as I know, the only solution is switching back to cc2014.

In the render queue: Render settings – time span – custom
Adjust to taste for each section to be rendered.

If you set your in/out on the timeline, then switch your timespan in the queue from Work area to custom, it will stick to these times, regardless wether you change the in and outs afterwards.

Select your new/bigger HDD is the destination, all footage and your project will be copied in 1 folder.
