Hi,

Bad news is: You can’t do it with those plugins.

The closest I think you can get is with a “CC Bulge” Effect, combined with a circular mask.
Animate the bulge down from 1 to 0 while you interpolate the mask from circle to the full layer.

Unfortunately. Bulge is not a true Spherize distortion, but it might come close enough for your project.
(To my taste the Spherize-filter doesn’t actually look like a sphere either, though CC Sphere nails it)

for a true unwrapping effect, you’ll need a 3d program. I know Cinema 4D can do it easily.

As for 3rd party plugins:
I’m not sure if this effect can be accomplished with 3d invigorator.
But Forge.net’s Freeform might do the trick.

Not sure if this is helpful or what you meant but,
if you want to render something, while you want to continue working in AE then look into “watch folders” and “collect files” in the manual.

You can render files in the watch folder with a render-only version of AE (it’s on the install-cd)
Check it out in the manual.
This is normally used with multiple computers over a network.

The audio may be AC3 encoded,

look for another utility that converts ac3 to aiff.
Don’t use mp3 files in After effects

What’s the background color of the comp,
what’s the effect you want
Are there any filters on there, or masks ?

That would be the same as “keyframe assistants -> reverse keyframes”
You would be inverting their timing, not their value.

My 2 €¢s :

if you have keyframes setup, and their interpolation is not linear,
you may be in for a surprise if you only invert the value of the keyframe.

You’ll also have to invert the Velocity precentages in the “Keyframe Velocities dialog”,

so that may amount to 18 values you have to alter manually for ‘just 6 Keyframes’

I would use an inverting expression, in this case: 100-value.
Check out the difference in the curves (the red one is the result of the expression):
