BBdemux & audio
I’ve demuxed a mpeg1 clip with BBdemux which gives me a .m1a audiofile. Somehow I can’t get the audio to work in AE. Also Qt isn’t able to convert it to aiff or mp3. Is the original file dammaged or am I doing it all wrong?

The audio may be AC3 encoded,
look for another utility that converts ac3 to aiff.
Don’t use mp3 files in After effects -
Dunno Filip. QT says it’s mpeg1, no mention of ac3. And yes I know about mp3. Any sugestions for an app that can en/decode this codec?

sorry about that, ac3 is dolby’s audio encoding for mpeg2
