Can you do a test by converting it to ProRes?

Both Premiere and After Effects have been doing this to me as well as resource clips not updating when using h264.

PITA.

My only fix is to render everything to ProRes422 (or higher) first then render it to h264.

This all started with the last few CC updates past 2017 😛

Hire an illustrator and possibly one that can animate.

Lots of moving parts there.

I would use something like After Effects.
If there is some distortion required.

Lots of options in AE for that effect.

What are the extensions on these files that are shaded?

Do you have Adobe Media Encoder to investigate?

That’s the thing, I don’t deviate with my setups.
I don’t add anything odd without an extensive test.

I have a slew of plugins so it takes me a few days before I can call a system running.

And this one was running for months with the current Adobe/3rd party setup.

If that’s a timeline then maybe set it to a higher resolution.

You can do this with masking.

You will need to keyframe the following clip to match.

There is some color work needed as well.

Tons of precomps with replicated artwork.

Some have to be extended or looped.

A lot of work.
