Also, just so you are aware. The C70 is RF mount. You will have to get an adapter if you have invested a lot in canon glass.

The C100 is only HD. Go for the C200, you won’t be sorry.

Well Apple hasn’t killed any thing yet and Magna will be shipping the ExpressBox 3T soon. And as Andrew says

Why would it kill the pro market? Thunderbolt makes anything possible on an iMac.

Are the words like this, PRIVATE or this, private. The words need to be in all caps for FCP to recognize the folder.

What about a product like Elgato Eyetv3 https://www.elgato.com/elgato/na/mainmenu/products/software/EyeTV3/product1.en.html to record as a file on your Mac. Review it right from the computer.

This is just a shot in the dark. I use FCS2 and export mpg for the Leightronic Nexus system. I took my compressor droplet and changed some settings and created one called CableLabs. It may work or give you a starting point.
