    Couse I want to have everything progressive…

    So instead of doing it for each clip that is interlaced in the sequence i thought of doing it to all, even if some footage is already progressive.

    Its not dirt, I’m up sizing everything, it’s not on the original footage, it’s compressor that is going bananas!

    I found the answer of my problem, somebody connected an external USB hard drive to the keyboard and therefore everithing was going very slow, but still if I just copy all clips and sequences to another project then FCP is unable to recognize the original master with match frame…

    Thanks to all for the ideas you mentioned! unfortunately it seems that we can not get easily better material, as we have little money to pay for the related expenses.

    Thanks M. Suszko for all your solutions, you gave me a lot of ideas, but i have not really understood what you meant by: You can layer iterations of Apple Color and filters on it.

    Thanks! the filter is not bad, but we think that maybe a more radical solution is more appropriate, because as you say it’s too difficult to make it look better, maybe something that makes the images more abstract or something like “BAD TV” that make it more degraded but with a feel of real tv.

    But my feling is that BAD TV it’s been used too many time…

    That’s true but the zoom in I perform in the viewer it doesn’t corrispond on the SD Timeline, how can I get around that? Couse if I correct it once is on the timeline It has loosed all it’s HD quality.
