Hi Adam,
If you have the “Toggle Pixel Aspect Ratio Correction” set differently on the other computer, this may cause the project to look different on the other computer. Also, be sure the Solid layer is set to “Make Comp Size”. If the Solid is not set as the Composition Size, the objects/perspective may not look accurate.
If you are still having issues, try sending a screen shot or the project file to me at ed@zaxwerks.com so I can take a look at what you are running into.

Hi Bill,
Try checking the option “Dismantle Incoming Groups” when importing the Illustrator file. This will ungroup all your objects for you, and you will be able to select the individual parts of your logo.
If you are still having trouble with your Illustrator file, you can try sending the file to me at ed@zaxwerks.com and I will take a look at the issues you are running into.

Hi James,
To adjust the Pivot Points for the Set, go into the Effect Controls Panel, and under “Sets > Set 1” you will see a “Set 1 Pivot” section where you can adjust the Pivot Points for X, Y, and Z. You can set keyframes and animate the Pivot Points if you like.
If you need a pivot point where you can drag around, you can create a Null Object, and place your objects into the Null Object Layer. This will parent all the objects to the Null Objects, and you can drag the null object around as an easy way to set the Pivot Point.
As far as the documentation goes, we are working to add more content to the Documentation. We will be adding more content and videos as time progresses.
If you have any questions, let me know.

Hi Brian,
We have resolved this issue now. We will be releasing a new version soon that will fix this issue. Unfortunately, it wasn’t happening on the systems that we were testing, so it took us a little while to track down.
If you want, I can send you the new version while we are preparing to release the official 5.0.1 of the software.

Hi Curtis,
3D Invigorator PRO supports model formats such as Maya .obj, Lightwave .lwo and more. If you are able to use Blender to export objects in a format such as Maya, you will be able to import the model into 3D Invigorator PRO.

Hi Brian,
You may have to uncheck and re-check the “Use Comp Camera” setting to reset the Camera data.
There is an issue at the moment where the Comp Camera sometimes is not being used. We are working on resolving this issue and it will be fixed shortly. in the mean time, the workaround is to uncheck and re-check the “Use Comp Camera” setting to update the camera setting.

Try re-installing 3D Invigorator Pro, and also resetting the Preferences. To reset the preference file, go to your “User > Library > Preferences” and delete the “Zaxwerks Invigorator Prefs” file. After the re-install and resetting the preferences, try importing the Illustrator file and see if that works.

When loading the Illustrator file, try checking the option “Dismantle Incoming Groups”. Also check the option “Use Illustrator Colors”. This should allow you to select your objects individually and color them.
If you are still having issues, please let me know.

Hi Drew,
Be sure you are using Parallel or Spot Lights. These lights work best. Set the Parallel lights in a general direction from the top, and have the light be pointed down towards your objects. Be sure you have enough Light Intensity, and if you choose to, you can have the Lights be Casting Shadows. This should work pretty well for you.
