Hi Nelson,
Sorry I missed your message in the forums. I sent you a reply to your email last week, but in case anyone else is interested in the answer, please see my reply.
To change the pixel aspect ratio, simply change the Comp Settings in After Effects. Then, go into the Solid Settings for the Solid Layer ProAnimator is applied to.
Once you change the Solid Settings to match the same Pixel Aspect Ratio as the Comp Settings, everything should match up properly.

Hi Charlotte,
Please see my other reply, but as mentioned, you would not be able to work on other sides other than the one that is facing you. You would need to work with Lathe Objects or use the Profile Editor to edit the bevel of the object. This may help you to create more interesting shapes. Hope this helps. If you have any additional questions, please let me know.

Hi Charlotte,
Unfortunately, with the Modeling window, you can only draw from one view, which will generate a cookie cutter shape for your objects. However, with that said, you can work with lathe objects or apply different bevels so change the look of your object. By changing the Edge Offset control and the bevel, you can achieve effects where the face appears round or have interesting and intricate bevels.
Hope this helps. If you have any additional questions, please let me know.

Hi Reuben,
I sent you an email regarding this issue. Please try the test file that I attached and see if you are having any problems with the file I sent you. Please let me know the results. Thanks!

Hi Charlotte,
Unfortunately, since all programs use a different material/mapping system, we do not export our materials or textures. However, if you are interested in using the texture maps, you can find all the images in the Documents > Zaxwerks > ProModeler > Zaxwerks Maps/Environments folders.
Hope this helps. If you have any additional questions, please let me know.

Hi Kolin,
Try downloading the latest version of the Invigorator PRO demo (version 8) and see if you are still having any problems. We have modified how we support fonts and it should work without any problems now.
If you are still having any problems with version 8, please let me know.

Hi Robert,
Sometimes, on certain Windows machines, the “Show Tool Tips” setting in the ProAnimator Preferences window causes things to slow down. Try turning this setting off and see if it helps with performance. Also, keep the renderer on OpenGL unless you need the Ray Trace renderer and keep the Anti-Aliasing as low as possible. These will all help improve your preview and rendering speeds.
Hope this helps. If you have any additional questions, please let me know.

Hi Aaron,
I’m not seeing this issue. Please send the project file to me at ed@zaxwerks.com. I’ll take a look and see what’s causing the issue for you. Also, if possible, please attach a crash log. Thanks!

November 21, 2014 at 7:45 pm in reply to: Illustrator CC 2014 unable to create usable paths???Hi Charles,
Be sure to turn off the “Use Compression” setting when saving the Illustrator file. If you are still having problems, try saving the file as an older version of Illustrator such as version 10 or version 8 and see if you are still having problems. If you’re still running into issues, please send the Illustrator file to me at ed@zaxwerks.com and I’ll take a look at what you’re running into.
