Hi Mike,
You may be running into an issue where the printer font is having problems. Since you are having problems, it may be better to go into Illustrator or Photoshop and type out the font. If you are working in Illustrator, you will need to use the “Create Outlines” command to convert the text to outlines. Then, export the Illustrator file from Illustrator or Photoshop and use the “Import Illustrator File” command in Invigorator to import the text you are having problems with. When you import the vector paths into Invigorator, you should have no issues.
Hope this helps. If you are still having problems, please let me know.

Hi Aaron,
Currently, most of the issues have been coming from Crucial and OWC Solid State Drives. ProAnimator does run without any problems if you are using the After Effects Plug-in, so since you have the After Effects Plug-in, you can install the plug-in version.
As of right now, we haven’t figured out what exactly is causing the compatibility issue yet, but as soon as we have more information or a fix available, we will be sure to let you know.

Hi Robert,
Can you send the project file with the footage to me at ed@zaxwerks.com? I’ll take a look at your set up and see what is causing problems.

Hi Jean,
Target the installer for the Photoshop CC Plug-ins folder. If the installer asks if you are installing the 32-bit or the 64-bit plug-in, select the 64-bit plug-in. Or if you have already installed Invigorator for Photoshop CS6, you can simply move the plug-in from the Photoshop CS6 Plug-ins folder and placing it into the Photoshop CC Plug-ins folder.
Hope this helps. If you have any questions or are still having problems, please let me know.

September 2, 2014 at 3:40 am in reply to: Converting SD to HD via proanimator plugin in AE CS4Hi Nelson,
I just responded to your other question regarding changing the ProAnimator layer to be the same size as the comp layer. You can find that here:
However if you still want to start from scratch, you are completely on the right track.
1. Create a solid(Same size as your comp)
2. Apply ProAnimator to that solid
3. Import your earth map into after effects, drag it into your comp and turn off the visibility
4. In the Effect Controls Window for ProAnimator change the layer map 1 to your earth map.
5. Open up the ProAnimator set-up window by clicking on the set-up window button(top of the ecw)
6. Create your sphere by going to Objects>Primitive>Sphere
7. In the material editor make sure you have a new material (Material Commands…>New Material)
8. In the color channel click the plus sign on the right side
9. Click on the menu that says “Color” and select “Layer Map 1”
10. Drag this material onto your sphereAnd that’s it. You now applied your material to your sphere and can animate it any way you want. Just click OK to close the set-up window and your scene will be rendered inside of After Effects.

September 2, 2014 at 3:29 am in reply to: can I change aspect ration for proanimator 4.3.2?Hi Nelson,
It looks like you have the stars.jpg layer selected and you’re changing the settings for that layer and not the zax layer. Click cancel to get out of that dialogue box, and make sure you select the zax layer. Then go to Layer>Layer Settings… and the “Make Comp Size” button should now work.

August 22, 2014 at 9:10 pm in reply to: ProAnimator 4.5.1 quit working after upgrade to MavericksHi Michael,
Unfortunately, ProAnimator version 4.5.1 is not officially supported in OSX Mavericks. This is why the standalone and plug-in is not working for you. If you upgrade your license from version 4.5.1 to version 8, then it should work without any problems.
Hope this helps. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact me.
Best,
Edward
