Your source PAR is 0.91 while your destination appears to be 1.0 which might be a limitation of the on2 codec, which I’m not familiar with. This would account for the black bars.

CS4 is not supported on XP x64, so that is not an option.

The only problem I have experienced on Vista x64 is the ATI driver, but ATI seems to have finally got it right.
