When Encoding to MPEG 2, video is “blurry”
Hi There! I am running into an issue that when I am encoding (using 16:9, progressive settings, VBR), the video playback is somewhat blurry. it is actually more strobe like. why would this be occuring and what am i doing wrong? lol – gotta love the questions of an amateur…
