There are probably better ways, but a quick and dirty method is to use the EQ (parametric equalizer) effect to cut most of the lower frequencies and maybe the very top frequencies too.

Try it and see if it suffices.

This sounds like a video driver issue, but it’s difficult to know for sure, since you say it doesn’t happen in any other video editing software on your machine.

If you are not “panning and zooming” then make the images the same size as your project frame size. A program like Photoshop resizes images better than PPro.

Unfortunately you are asking too much of your computer. It is too slow to be able to handle in real-time the number of layers that you are using.

Rendering is your first option. A new, faster computer is your second option.
