Most of the time I was just saving. That so if I really screwed up I could just close and not save the changes. When making a dvd it might be save as. You are probably right as it might not have been as far reaching as i originally thought. In any case it really made a mess. I have to look at a Picasa video and see just what it is.

I don’t remember now what the cause was seeing that it was recorded 15 or 20 years ago. I thought about making it mono but where in vegas do I do that? That should be the simplest solution

Yes I have had the problem with import media. click on import media then go to the file and click on it. I will do some more research now that I am over any important stuff that has to be done. thanks for the reply.

The reason of course is that Europe is 50 cycles and US is 60. Have you tried sending a sample video at 25 frames and see of when played at their 50 cycle rate it is ok?

In the selection list, it has in the past if I remember right, included the audio in the rendition. And yes it was a separate file. that is the problem it doesn’t seem to do that now. I didn’t want to render as an AVI file if I can render as an mpeg2
