Good slo-mo starts with how you shoot it. If you shot a low shutterspeed and 24p, you’re hosed. If you shot a low shutter and 60i, you might be able to pull some slo-mo from it.
Converting 60i to 24p for a final render won’t help you either. It only makes challenged footage worse.
What is the source? how much reduction are you using?

It’ll be a long, long wait.
Just sat on a panel for the standardization of EU 3D. It’s not going anywhere.

  • latest QT is part of the problem. Older versions are better.
Set Dynamic RAM to zero as a starting point.
Be sure your system is running lean. QT and Vegas together=cycle pig.

There are over 300 training vids from VASST on Youtube and Vimeo. Can’t comment on whether they’re “terrible” or not (I don’t think they are), but they’re free.
    Search for VASSTTraining on Youtube.

I’m *only* running 32 bit on the Bootcamp partition…no issues at all.
What about anti-virus? RAM? Running Parallels?

Copy/paste (via CTRL+Drag) doesn’t work for you in maintaining a consistent position?
