Holy crab, Ultra Key in premier worked! I also had green in the subject as well as blue and many other colors and keylight would key out my subject’s green even tho it was a pretty different green. Ultra did it automatically as soon as I eye dropped. No adjustments necessary. Thx for the tip!

November 18, 2018 at 8:24 pm in reply to: How to create a choppy effect (includes example clip)Nice! Exactly what I wanted in order to create a choppy, more chaotic action scene. Thanks!
PS: Isn’t it cool that you can answer someone’s question and 11 years later someone finds it useful and chimes in to say thanks? I think this “internet” thing might not be a fad after all!

^ Yep, that’s worked! thanks! I recommend adding a keyboard shortcut to it (I used control-R on my mac).

command shift E. Enable/Disable clip. THANKS, works for me!
( I came here looking for the same thing, a quick way to mute a clip like in Cubase, you hit the 7 for the mute tool, then click on a clip) This will do just fine. thx -

September 17, 2016 at 12:33 am in reply to: Any way to fix Canon DSLR AI SERVO footage that keeps refocusing?lol damnit. No. Thing is, it happened before and I thought I turned off the tracking for that shot but I guess i didn’t. I was just hoping there was some magical way to reduce it since it seems only proper magic can fix something like that. Hopefully they don’t mention it. but thanks

I have the latest, just downloaded it from adobe cloud. I said that spacebar two player full resolution without skipping any friends from the beginning, and I said zero to skip one frame and play from current time. But either way, whenever I hit them, many times it will just play without forming the green line, which I see is the cache. The thing is, I can get it to build the cache but I don’t really know the actual way to do it. It just seems random like half the time it does and half the time it doesn’t.

Does the Lite version also not include the Symmetry Object tool? Trying to do the tutorials online when the interface doesn’t match is a real pain. Haven’t found one tutorial that matches mine. Using R14 Lite in After Effects CC.

Hmm, I may not be doing it right. Thanks for the script. How do I get it to work as simply as the F5 key or the previous script on this thread? I tried various settings and it seems to move the layers instead of adding frames in between a layer. Or it adds frames at the beginning instead of the insertion point.
