Unless of course you are on windows 7, where at least in Resolve8 you could float the window and span it over the dual monitor setup. Doesn’t work as well in Resolve 9 though

First of all the new manual is beautifully clear, concise and even poetic in some ways.
You problem is that you are using the wrong version of xml. When you chose to export xml for FCP X do use the drop down to chose “Files of type” in the menu that appears after you right click on the graded timeline and chose export in the conform page. You have to chose xml type that matches your version of FCP X. If you kept up with the upgrades it is most likely to be 1.1 -
Please read the new manual written by Van Hurkman not only it covers what buttons to push it also explains why. But what you need is a track mode

Check you range. Legal versus full. Van Hurkman goes about it at length in the new manual for resolve.

On windows with the nvidia drivers you can specify which cards are used for what purposes. For example in my setup I have a quadro 4000 and two gtx580. My monitor is plugged in the quadro 4000. I did specify that one of the gtx 580 is used for open gl and another one for Cuda in after effects. I can verify that is exactly what’s happening by using gfx cards monitoring software and boost in speed when compared to the default settings.
