Ok now I know, I am taking the card back anyway because my system is having all types of problems since I upgraded to this card. I will try something else and not worry about open GL.

Hi, the card I have replaced or is the newer verison of the quadro 370. I updated the driver and I was able to select the open GL. I Should have thought of that in the fist place. I havent been able to do any work yet to see if it runs smoothly yet. I will let you know if anything negative comes up. thank you

Honestlty this looks like a graphic file placed over the title. Digital Juice revealer or another companies product that is covering the title until it disappears. You can check the AE tutorial section here on the cow to see how to affect titles with trapcode form, particular.

You can go to avids site and look on the forum. There are a number of tut by a member dealing with Avid basics. Its not a FCP to Avid type of tutorials but it could help get your head around how MC works.
