how to get deleted footage back?
Hi I deleted the wrong media, got distracted. Am I wrong, can I use the attic to get the footage back, or do I have to re-digitize?

Redigitize. The attic is just an incremental backup of your project files.

Yea I have been through those, even have Class on Demand MC training. Just wondered if anything that dealt with more indepth editing was out
