Thank you Darby! It was maybe a year ago when I saw that tutorial, so you may be correct. However, I have it in my head that no expressions were used. But to create volumetric lighting I may be incorrect. Again, off and on here. Thanks for the help and guidance!

Hey Chris, I found what youa re talking about but i am not merely looking for the water effect. You know how when you are beneath the water surface on a bright day you can see the rays of light pushing through and into the body of water? What I saw before was that exact effect…Fractal noise as the surface and a light positioned from behind. I even tried with the preset and can not achieve the “rays” that would push through the surface

and possibly, after leaving the color, using change hue to intensify and alter it, no?

    newbie here…

but is it possible that the images were shot in color? perhaps they used an odd colored spray to mimic the sweat…a ‘blue spray’ or ‘green spray’?

maybe spray the desired color and matte the image with itself and somehow drop the color from the subjects and layer the color sweat while adding hue intensity?

or maybe i am on crack?

i think what harm is trying to say is simply, yes – those are good enough components, though they aren’t the most up to date.

i imagine the mystery as to why anyone else would use AMD is really only a subjective one. I have only used Intel so i can’t argue for or against AMD.

i use a P4 2.8 single processor, 512 MB graphics and 1 GB of memory – my Premiere Pro, AE 7 and Encore 1.0 all run just fine on that. Why is 8GB needed. I would love to have that much memory, but it doesn’t really seem necessary. Thanks!
