motion tracker tutorials
I found a few posts about motion tracking in general, but was hoping one of you fine gents and ladies may point me somewhere that discusses and gives examples of uses. I tried it out on some old footage I had, but found my tracking way off kilter. Any assistance or suggestions would be great!! Thank you!
PS – I did check out Adobe’s site on motion tracking and it reads like stereo instructions…I still can’t get my stereo to work…lol

On the “examples” front, Andrew Kramer has two tutorials that utilize motion tracking (for two different purposes actually). The focus isn’t motion tracking related, but are excellent nonetheless. Both can be found among his tutorials here:

Tracking Tuts
Here’s the rest of the Tracking Tuts I know of. And for a step by step on adjusting a track that goes bad (Tracks gone bad! the movie) see the 3rd part of Aharon’s series on turning video into cartoons, there he tracks an eye onto the character, starts at the 5 minute mark. It’s only a 1 point track but he shows you how to adjust frame by frame when the tracker gets cranky. Hope these help.
