That what I was thinking to use the XLRs. I was just wanting to make sure that the solution that everyone was using. do you use the firewire for anything at all?

First of all This ISN’t my first post on CC. However, Sometimes our phrasing of a question gets ignored.

I want to mask an area in a layer and make ONLY the mask spin over a still background.

why do people look at youtube and even consider the quality should birth from HD. More like 3/4 or perhaps M2(for those of you in the know) Shot in sd widescreen, firewire into fcp dv/dvcpro ntsc. then make take into compressor and upload on the web. there ya go. better then youtube deserves.
