The way you phrased the question doesn’t quite make a lot of sense. Perhaps you can ask it again more clearly and post a still of the problem.
Also in the future, please don’t post a second request to get an answer for a question especially just a few hours after asking. If someone knows the answer they will answer it when they can.

First of all This ISN’t my first post on CC. However, Sometimes our phrasing of a question gets ignored.
I want to mask an area in a layer and make ONLY the mask spin over a still background.
Is that the color red you want to use?
