    Hi Brian,

We are taking this issue very very seriously. We have verified it and are doing final testing on a fix. The issue is related to ProRes import on 10.8 or 10.9 and a timeout issue. We should hopefully have a fix for you soon.

    Cheers

Not much info to let us help you. Premiere Version? Operating System Version? What actually happens? If it happens is there a crash report? Would love to help.

[Stephen Smith] “I downloaded the Sony F55 plug-in for Premiere. I just made sure I was on the latest version of Premiere CS6 and when I import the files it just says Media Pending. Any idea of what is going wrong and what I can do to fix it?

Not sure about your case but Premiere Pro CC has native support for this format.

[Bret Williams] “I preference manager’d it and no change. The project you speak of… did it come via xto7?”

Post it to Dennis or myself and we will take a look

We understand your frustration and are continuing to work hard on this. Getting correctly debaryed GPU accelerated CinemaDNG was quite a success for us. Adding the options is now possible.

What we are releasing it the initial support and playback of CinemaDNG. We know it is missing the RAW settings. What we did is create a ground up performant playback engine for CinemaDNG that we can continue to develop on. After Effects still has the Camera Raw style plugins.

It pings the server every once in a while… You can quit it and reopen it to get it to check. Windows should be live on the updater now. We are still waiting for the mac side to show up.
