Not much info to let us help you. Premiere Version? Operating System Version? What actually happens? If it happens is there a crash report? Would love to help.

Hi,
It is the latest version of the software and Mac OS. It locks up on the Premier Logo screen. There is no crash report. After Effects also has issues but will load after a long, long time.
