No way for us to know from here, too many variables. But you are confusing system memory, which is RAM, with drive space which is not memory at all, it’s just storage space.

The operation is known as Motion Tracking and Motion does NOT include this capability. You can go through the timeline and manually insert keyframes for position but, without After Effects or a more capable effects system, that’s your only choice.

Open the Motion tab for the PSD layer in the timeline and check the Distortion box. You can set it to anything you wish.
FCP can be set to automatically scale your imported media. It’s all quite needlessly confusing, especially coming form Media 100 or Avid where the application assumed you knew what you were doing.
Unsolicited editorial comment: FCP’s designers assumed you’re an idiot and have made many decisions for you. Wait till you run up against AutoSelect.

Soundtrack Pro will do this job easily and quickly. It takes a bit of practice but study the seciton in the manual for PROCESSING. What you’re going to do is tell STP what you want filtered out by selecting a small portion of room tone. Then you apply that process to the entire clip. It’s scary magic.

All I can tell you is that all of the text behaviors I have tried on my system work.
You cannot necessarily stack them up and, as in LiveType, some wil be disabled by other filters applied to the layers such as glows.bogiesan

Depends on the software player you decide to use and how well it can be set to loop.
Some have a hiccup between loop runs.
Or you can just create a really long file.bogiesan
