FCP X does all of this for you.
1. Import media and create proxy media.
2. Set playback preferences: CHECK USE PROXY MEDIA
3. Edit
4. WHen you are done go into playback settings and CHECK USE ORIGINAL HIGH QUALITY MEDIA
5. Set your Sequence to PRORES 4:2:2 HQ
6. Final Cut Pro X now renders out your edit with the original media to the Prores Codec giving you the best quality.
It’s so simple most people don’t want to believe it is true, but it really is that easy.

I am exporting it out of motion. I’m not working in FCP at all it’s a standalone shot in motion.
Cont figure this one out so I think I’ll just take it to another compositing program.

This can easily be done by creating roles. Assigning roles to the audio tracks and exporting an 8 track QT movie.

everything is perfect in Motion. The tracking and the four corners do not come through in the rendered file.

Try running the clips through cinema tools.
You don’t need optical flow to get from 60 to 24, but maybe if you want to stretch the shot further after you have converted it to playback 600 frames per second at 24 FPS.
Cinema tools first. Then optical flow.

No further luck in resolving this issue.
Best to not do any auto anything to the FCPX import and not to break apart audio from video for OMF.
It seems the relationship is broken if you break apart video and audio but not if you overwrite the primary storyline.
