Ugh, that sounds involved. Can you just do it and send it to me?

Just kidding. Thanks for the tip. I shall definitely try that!

Thanks for the great info, fellas. I used Digital Juice years ago, but we now have an account with DeWolfe, but I don’t get sound FX from them (just music). I will check out all those links. Thanks again!

Thanks for the response! When you say that you can create them in GB, do you mean there’s a utility that will create them in there, or you just record them with your voice?

Thanks! I swear I looked all over the HUD for how to change the brush type, but couldn’t find it. I’m pretty good at missing obvious stuff. I’m bummed I have to wait until I get to work tomorrow to look again.

    Thanks again. Appreciate it!

OK, I lied. I can’t do it manually. I spent way too much time on it. Basically, I want to create the same kind of glow you get with the Line Glow particle emitter, but have it follow a path. Anyone?

Not exactly, but close. I’m talking about the effect you’d get if you used a light streak paint stroke along the edges of an object (not text.) I’m sure I can do it manually, but I was wondering if there was an easier way to do it with a preset behavior/filter.

    Thanks for the reply!

Guy, thanks so much for the thoughtful response. That makes total sense to me now. My goal is also to webstream, so I ran the signal through an AV/DV converter (it arrived yesterday, coincidentally) and it’s working very well. (To my utter shock.) (Technical things never work right away for me.) https://www.ustream.tv/channel/it-s-the-booze-talking

Anyway, thanks for taking the time to respond.

OK, so, I changed it to a regular font, but now, every time I create a new text layer, it’s iglow LiveFont. How do I fix that so that it’s a regular font? Thanks!
