This has gotta be easy, but it’s driving me mad. At some point, I set the paint brush to Light Streak and I’m having trouble getting it to just be a plain color. I set the style to “solid” but when I go to use the paint brush again, it’s Light Streak.

Can someone tell me what I need to do to keep it at color solid?

    Thanks!

By setting the brush type in the Heads up display (HUD) BEFORE you draw with the paint tool will determine what attributes the paint tool will use next.

Changing the brush type with a paint object selected just changes the selected object.

Sorry if that’s stating the obvious procedure you are already using.

    Cheers,

Thanks! I swear I looked all over the HUD for how to change the brush type, but couldn’t find it. I’m pretty good at missing obvious stuff. I’m bummed I have to wait until I get to work tomorrow to look again.

    Thanks again. Appreciate it!
