How do I check Data rate and HQ vs non-HQ on the 150’s clip?

They’re both 1080 resolution. The HMC footage is 29.97, from what I can tell. So I put the canon footage through compressor and changed it to HQ 1080 16:9 ProRes. Then I put it through cine tools and conformed to 29.97fps because the canon was 30fps.

Did I miss anything that you can tell?

So then what the !@#$# should I do?

Okay, I thought I did everything right.
I changed the codec to pro res progressive HQ in compressor.
Then I changed the frame rate from 30fps to 29.97fps, to match the clip from camera 1.

Still get the same message: “Can’t make multi-clip because they’re different codecs.”

Thoughts anyone?

Hi John,

Just wanted to let you know that the system worked–lamping the overheads with daylight flos, and letting the natural light mix from the windows. What a difference! Just set the white balance to daylight and all the colors and skin tones look so much better. And it worked pretty much anywhere in the room, even had a nice effect when the windows washed out the background.
