    I will give this a try, for now what I did which was quite laborious was, I animated everything to Null #1 and then adjusted the keyframing, it looks pretty good, but I will have to try your method in the future. Thanks again.

    Sure did, thanks for the response. I have been toying with the idea of using motion tracker…didn’t work so well. Now I am working with the null
    object and parenting to the null objects. Thanks again. Will keep you posted.

    I have it working on some level an it looks pretty cool. What settings would I use in particular to make the smoke rise slowly, and start thin and become denser??

    I would suggest creating a solid layer, and then attaching the effect wave warp to the solid, and it will give you the wave you might be looking for, then I would personally use Trapcode Sound Keys to make keyframes of your music files, but if you don’t have that plugin then go to your keyframe assistant and conver audio to keyframes. Then you’ll use the expression pickwhip to attach the the wave height, wave speed to the audio keyframes. That should help for starters.
