Buy an external hard drive and use the project saving tool.
it copies all the files that you want and it can be transportede to any computer.
Go to PROJECT
Choose PROJECT MANAGER
choose what files you want to save; trimmed files, complete files, etc…
It will collect everything and you just need to select your external drive for the place to save.
this was too easy so I hope it is what you are looking for -

Make sure you click on the cut that you want to adjust and make sure the cut is in your program monitor.
right below the monitor is a sizer that you can adjust your program monitor to make it smaller.
Then double click on the program monitor itself and you can adjust from there

Not sure but Red Giant continues to have issues with 64 bit systems.
Not all the time and they do not support 64 with some of their programs.
have you contacted Red Giant, They are always good at getting basck to me when I have problems. -
Can you not use project manager within Adobe premiere?
That is what it is for.
Also why don’t you use Scene detect to have your tape run and cut your project in to smaller clips?
You can always capture the entire tape and then use project manager to archive
