minimizing image size in program sequence
I am a beginner with using Premiere Pro3 but have done a few projects. I am in the middle of a heritage dvd and cannot minimize the pictures to see the people in the images. In the past, I was able to click on the picture in the program frame and a circle would appear in the center of the picture allowing me to move the picture and click and drag in the corners. Any suggestions. Thanks.

Make sure you click on the cut that you want to adjust and make sure the cut is in your program monitor.
right below the monitor is a sizer that you can adjust your program monitor to make it smaller.
Then double click on the program monitor itself and you can adjust from there

When several clips are stacked it is sometimes difficult to select the right clip in the Program Monitor.
So select the clip on timeline and double click, this will open it in the Source Monitor. Then go to Effect Controls and highlight the word Motion. Now the ‘circle’ will appear.
